The MAHA Greenhouse is our shared student housing option that is connected directly to our historic school building in Paia Town.  The Greenhouse was built in 1908 and has all the charm and coziness of the Hawai'ian plantation era. You'll enjoy this "open window" style of life during your program session while still having easy access to all the essentials of Paia.

The house consists of five furnished rooms and furnished dining, living, bathroom and kitchen common areas. The kitchen is stocked for use with appliances and utensils. Housekeeping is the responsibility of the tenants and all paper goods/linens.  The living area has TV and an Amazon Firestick. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and courtyard. Shared laundry, surfboard and bike storage are available.

Our rent price is inclusive of all taxes, water, electricity, Wi-Fi and rubbish. A post office box can be obtained to receive mail and packages at the Paia post office location, walkable from the Greenhouse. Housing will be offered upon completing a successful application and acceptance process for a maximum of 5 months occupancy. Rent is due monthly on the 1st.

 

** No pets of any kind are allowed in the Greenhouse and rooms are single occupancy only, except where provided for as a room share.

The Mauka Low Room - This room is oriented at the downstairs, left- front of the home and includes a private bedroom space with locking door, closet and a private half-bath.  A twin bed, dresser or shelving, ceiling fan and nightstand furnish this room. Linens are the responsibility of the student. A shared shower is upstairs and an additional shared toilet and sink. Shared laundry and surfboard storage are at the rear of the house. - $1300 per month. *available for Spring 2024/Fall 2024

The Mauka High Room - This room is oriented at the upstairs, left- front of the home and includes a private bedroom space with a locking door and closet.  A twin bed, dresser or shelving, ceiling fan and nightstand furnish this room. Linens are the responsibility of the student. A shared shower is upstairs and a shared toilet and sink. Shared laundry and surfboard storage are at the rear of the house. $1200 per month. *available for Spring 2024/Fall 2024

 

The Paia View Room - This room is oriented at the upstairs right- front of the home and includes a private bedroom space with a locking door and closet.  A double bed, dresser or shelving, night stand and ceiling fan furnish this room. Linens are the responsibility of the student. A shared shower is upstairs and a shared toilet and sink. Shared laundry and surfboard storage are at the rear of the house. -$1200 per month. *available for Spring 2024/Fall 2024

The Mango Room - This room is oriented at the upstairs center of the home and includes a private bedroom space with a locking door and clothing rack.  A twin bed, dresser or shelving and ceiling fan furnish this room. Linens are the responsibility of the student. A shared shower is upstairs and a shared toilet and sink. Shared laundry and surfboard storage are at the rear of the house.

-$1200 per month. *available for Fall 2023/Spring 2024/ Fall 2024

The Mango Tango Room - This room is oriented at the upstairs rear of the home and includes a private bedroom space with a locking door and clothing racks.  Two twin beds, dresser or shelving, ceiling fan, sitting area with two chairs, coffee table and a small sink and mirror furnish this room. Linens are the responsibility of the student. A shared shower is upstairs and a shared toilet and sink. Shared laundry and surfboard storage are at the rear of the house.- $1300 per month single occupancy or 650$ per month each if double occupancy. *available Spring 2024/Fall 2024
