Service Description
Thai Massage has a rich cultural history and is practiced all across the world as a deeply effective movement therapy. The gentle and flowing, passive movements of Thai can improve local circulation, increase range of motion and support increased mobility and function for all types of bodies. This course is exceptional in that you will learn to apply traditional techniques of a full-body Thai protocol for both floor and table, while also using the individual moves as an integrative expansion of any type of work you are already successfully using in your practice. You will be fluent with Thai massage as a stand-alone treatment, while also expanding skills in every other facet of your work! What you will receive– • A full protocol of traditional Thai techniques including prone, side/lying and supine positioning. That can be used on the floor mat or massage table. • Review the history and energetic theory of the Sib Sen meridian system and its importance to the Thai movements. • Client communication skills to safely and effectively sink into stretch and range of motion. • An individual evaluation of your own body positioning as it relates to Thai massage work and your current practice on both floor mat and massage table. • Access to follow up protocol videos and alumni support. • Light snacks and lunch provided. • All equipment and supplies provided on-site.
Cancellation Policy
For Massage Therapy Sessions - please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations or a request to reschedule within the 24-hour period prior to your treatment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the price of treatment booked. This will be charged to the card on file. You can mange your booking via the confirmation email sent to your inbox. For Class Bookings - The full class fee is due at time of reservation. The full class fee is 100% refundable up until 14 days prior to the published class start date. All cancellations within 14 days of the class start date will be non-refundable. For Coaching Sessions - please allow 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations or no-shows to the scheduled online session within 24 hours will be subject to the full monthly subscription fee of 40 euro or the one-time session fee of 45 euro and a new session will not be available to you until the following billing cycle. You can manage your booking via the confirmation email sent to your inbox. For Coaching Subscriptions - Once you have booked your first coaching session we will forward the details of your subscription service via email. Your subscription will renew monthly on the 2nd of each calendar month for 40 euro. If you cancel your subscription there will be no pro-rated refund. You will have access to your last bookable session until the following billing cycle. You may pause your subscription service for the duration of one billing cycle per year. The subscription will continue to be billed monthly until cancellation is confirmed by the client.
